Zenfone 4 Max Affordable Fourth Series with Dual Cameras

Zenfone 4 Max, Affordable Fourth Series with Dual Cameras

Although it is rumored to have a delayed release schedule, the ASUS Zenfone 4 Max actually comes without a ceremonial event.

The latest line of ASUS mobile phones confirmed to be titled Zenfone 4 will only be released at least at the end of July, however, ASUS suddenly presents one of its heroes secretly. The Zenfone 4 Max, which this time gets a turn, appeared on the official page of the regional Russian ASUS, the Zenfone 4 Max clearly displayed the form and specifications it carried.

Zenfone 4 Max is one of the Zenfone 4 models that will represent ASUS cellphone products in 2017, phones categorized in this middle segment look to be equipped with features that have previously been leaked in cyberspace. One of them is its flagship feature that is a dual rear camera, like other contemporary phones, ASUS certainly embed this feature as one of the main selling points.

The ASUS specification column explains that the dual cameras on the Zenfone 4 Max have two different types of cameras, one with a 13 megapixel resolution that functions as the main camera, while the 5 megapixel camera next to it will act as a wide angle camera capable of capturing objects up to 120 degrees. Supporting camera features are also included by ASUS, call it the fast focus feature PDAF, EIS, to super resolution mode that is capable of producing images with a maximum resolution of 52 megapixels. Meanwhile, if you look to the front side, ASUS relies on an 8 megapixel camera accompanied by an LED flash.

As if he didn’t want to forget his origins, Max’s appendage on the Zenfone 4 Max means that this cell phone was asked to have maximum battery life, just like its previous siblings. Therefore, ASUS buried a battery capacity of 5000mAh which is quite capable for mobile phones in its class. ASUS claims the Zenfone 4 Max is able to provide a long life in a single charge period. 46 hours of standby in 4G mode, 40 hours of talk time on 3G networks, and playing videos in a marathon for 20 hours are things that ASUS believes can be devoured easily with Zenfone 4 Max. Unfortunately, this large capacity is not supported by fast charging technology, as a result users must be willing to wait up to 4 hours to charge the cell phone battery from zero percent to full.

In the power processing sector, ASUS does not seem to make positive changes, they still believe in the Snapdragon 430 to assume the responsibility of providing smooth mobile operating performance. Even more surprising, ASUS has even added an even lower processor option, the Snapdragon 425, which is likely to have difficulty working properly if you see that the Zenfone 4 Max has a screen resolution that reaches 1080p Full HD. Is this a way to increase battery life?

In Russia, ASUS sells the Zenfone 4 Max for 13900 rubles, equivalent to 3.1 million rupiah. This figure makes this metal-based mobile phone has a dowry value that is arguably quite affordable. Then, does Indonesia also get Zenfone 4 Max? Zenfone 4 Max itself has previously passed TKDN certification and is undergoing the POSTEL test which is expected to take several days to come. So there certainly is a possibility, but it is uncertain when this cellphone will come to the homeland. Hopefully soon!
