Sign up for Paramount+ on your Android TV

You can sign up for Paramount+ on your Android TV with these simple steps:

  • Just Launch Paramount+, then select “Sign Up.”
  • Simply Choose a subscription plan, and tap “Continue.” You’ll be prompted to create an account.
  • On the screen, enter your full name, email address, and password of your choice. Your email address and password will be your Paramount+ login.
  • Tap “Subscribe.”

You can now easily stream Paramount+!

Stream Paramount+ on your Android TV (existing subscribers)

Once you have added the Paramount+ app, you have two ways to sign in:

On your TV:

  • Launch the Paramount+ app, then select Sign In.
  • Choose On my TV.
  • Type the email address and password that you have used when subscribing to Paramount+ (not your Amazon email address and password) and select Sign In.

On your device:

  • Launch the Paramount+ app, then select Sign In.
  • Select On the Web.
  • You will see a website and a code. Note down this code—you’ll need it for the next step.

If you have trouble streaming, you can often resolve it by restarting your TV with these steps:

  • Go to Settings (the gear icon) from the home screen in the top right corner. This opens the menu options.
  • Scroll down and select System Preferences, then About. You’ll see the Restart option.
  • Click “Restart” to reboot your Android TV.

Turn on accessibility features (closed captions, audio descriptions):

While a show is streaming, use the middle round button on the Android TV controller to bring up the video control, then select the blue “CC” button. You’ll now have access to closed caption and audio options. If you’ve accidentally selected the “CC” button, just select it again to turn this feature off.

Note: Uninstalling an app on your Android TV will not cancel your subscription.

  • On a phone or computer, go to co/play/subscriptions.
  • Choose the subscription that should be cancelled.
