Currently Gionee is approaching bankruptcy. Amidst this drastic situation, the company has recently introduced the Gionee K6 smartphone in China.
It will be featured as an entry level smartphone which will run on Android 7.1 OS. The Gionee K6 is comes with a rear facing fingerprint sensor and will have support for facial recognition.
The mobile features a 6.2-inch IPS LCD display which gives a 234ppi pixel density. The handset comes packed with an octa-core MediaTek Helio P60 chipset.
Depending on the model, you will either get a 6GB RAM with 128GB ROM or 8GB RAM along with 128GB/256GB storage space. Images will be snapped by a 13MP front camera. The rear end features a 16MP (main) + secondary camera setup. The handset will be powered by a 4350mAh battery.
