The Note 9 has IP68 water & dust resistance and a USB-C connector that supports Samsung DeX without a dock and the phone also has a 3.5 mm headphone jack along with AKG tuned stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.

By following the steps below:

From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.

These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.

Navigate: Settings icon > Accounts > Accounts.

Tap Add account.

Select the appropriate account type (e.g., Email, Personal IMAP, Personal POP3, etc.).

If presented, select the account sub-type (e.g., Yahoo, AOL, Outlook.com, Verizon.net, etc.).

Enter the email address then tap NEXT (lower-right).

Enter the password then tap NEXT.

If presented, enter the appropriate info (e.g., Username, Password, Server, etc.) then tap NEXT.

If not presented, skip to step 10.
