Snapchat is a social media platform famous for it’s camera lenses, stories features, and daily streaks. It is among the most used social media app after the Meta-owned social media apps. Previously, the app didn’t allow users to change their username so if you have accidentally chosen a bad, confusing or embarrassing username then you cannot change it. Sometimes users want to change their username on the app but there is no way to do it. The only solution for this is to permanently delete your account and then create a new account with the new username. This might be a hideous process as after then users have to add all their friends and family back on the app manually.

But now this is about to change as Snapchat officially allows users to change their username without deleting the account. The process is very simple and easy and can be done in a few easy steps. The feature is very handy but has some limitations as users can only be allowed to change their username once a year.
