Enable TikTok dark mode on iOS

We are lucky to know that, unlike Android, TikTok has added dark mode support for iPad and iPhone devices. Users can use the in-app switch to turn the dark mode on or off, or it can also be done using system settings on your iPhone. Follow the below steps to have an elaborated idea on the same. Before we proceed further, you must ensure that your iOS device is updated to version 13. Further, you need to check whether you have installed the latest version of TikTok as well.

On your iPhone open the TikTok app

Next, you need to tap Me, the tab present in the bottom right corner of your screen

After that, in the top right corner, tap on the hamburger button, the icon which has three horizontal lines

Then tap on the Settings and privacy that appears at the bottom of the screen

Next, tap Dark mode in the section of Content and activity to enable dark mode tap on the radio button for Dark

The app interface will immediately turn to dark mode as soon as users tap on the Dark button. Now, for light and dark mode, if you wish TikTok to follow the setting same as the system’s, all you need to do is tap on the Use device settings.
