Google photos have finally stopped giving free storage for high-quality photos and videos from June 1st, 2021. It means that users cannot store an unlimited amount of photos and videos on this platform.
Users can avail only 15GB of storage that is available for free by default. If that storage limit exhaust then they have to purchase additional storage from Google.

Initially, it was launched in Ireland in 2019 and now it makes its way towards the global market in April 2020.
This tool is very simple and easy to use and the most important thing is that it is built-in Facebook. Users don’t need to download it separately and use it externally. It takes only five simple steps to store all your Facebook Photos and videos on Google Photos.
How to store all your Facebook Photos and videos on Google Photos?
Click on the drop-down arrow on the top right corner
Select Settings and Privacy
In settings and privacy choose settings
On the left side choose “Your Facebook Information”
In “Your Facebook Information” you will find an option called “Transfer or Copy Your Information”
Then click on “View Option”
Now, select the media files you want to store on Google Photos in the First Step.
You have can transfer files based on their categories. You cannot transfer all the photos, videos, posts, and notes at the same time. You have to choose whether you want to transfer Photos first or videos first.
In step 2 you can choose to transfer all photos or transfer an album.
In Step three choose Google Photos from the drop-down menu.
Click on “Next” to continue.
Now, you have to link your Google Account by signing in.
Then, click on “Confirm Transfer” to complete the process. It will take time depending on the size of the media file.
