The Note 9 has IP68 water & dust resistance and a USB-C connector that supports Samsung DeX without a dock and the phone also has a 3.5 mm headphone jack along with AKG tuned stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.

To wipe cache partition, simply follow the steps below:

Power down or turn off the Galaxy Note 9 device.

Afterwards press and hold the Volume Up button and the Bixby button, then press and hold the Power button.

As soon as the Android logo displays, release all three buttons.

An ‘Installing system update’ message will show for 30 – 60 seconds before the Android system recovery menu options appear.

Press the Volume down button several times to highlight wipe cache partition.

Press Power button to choose your option.

Press the Volume down button to highlight yes, them and press the Power button to select.

When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.

Press the Power button to restart the device.
