Solution 1. Restart Logitech G HUB Processes

  • Bring up the Task Manager. You can do that by using the shortcut key combinations Ctrl+Shift+Esc
  • Then select LGHUB and click the End Task button at the bottom right
  • Do the same for LGHUB Agent and also for LGHUB Updater processes
  • Now open File Explorer ( Windows+E shortcut) and go to the below location
  • Open these three files: Lghub_updater.exe, Lghub_agent.exe, and Lghub.exe.
  • Now check if it fixes the problem of the Logitech G HUB not loading screen.

Solution 2. Reinstall Logitech G HUB app

If the problem is not fixed yet, there are chances that the installation files got corrupted somehow. But don’t worry. You can uninstall the present version and reinstall the application easily. Follow the below steps:-

  • Close the Logitech G Hub application window, right-click on the “G HUB” App icon, and hit the quit option.
  • Now go to the directory where the program is installed. That is C:/Program files/LGHUB and remove all contents from there.
  • After that, go to C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming and delete the folder named LGHUB.
  • Now you need to download the latest installer for Logitech G HUB and install it.

Solution 3. Enable LGHUB Updater Service

To fix the Logitech G Hub not loading issue, you will have to force the LGHUB updater service to auto-run when you start your PC.

  • First, go to the Task Manager
  • Press the Startup option
  • Look for LGHUB, then check the status. If it is disabled, then Enable it by right-clicking on it
  • Press Windows + R to run the Dialog Box.
  • Type services.msc in the box and click enter. The services window will open.
  • Look for the LGHUB Updater Service and then right-click on it, after that, select Properties.
  • Select “Automatic” in the startup type. Then select Apply followed by selecting  OK.
  • Right-Click on LGHUB Updater Service again, then press Start.
  • Right-Click on lghub.exe and then select properties. Now click on Compatibility.
  • Select Run this program as an administrator option, then click on Apply and then Ok.

You will have to do the same with these three files also. (lghub_updater.exe, lghub_agent.exe, logi_crashpad_handler.exe)

Now Restart your PC to check if Logitech G Hub not loading issue gets fixed.

Solution 4. Update your Operating System

There is a high chance that your OS is why you face the G HUB issue.

To fix that:

  • You need to press the Windows + I key to open the Settings menu and head to Windows Update
  • Click on the button that shows Install now or Restart now, or Check for new updates. This may resolve the Logitech G Hub stuck on the loading screen issue.
