Micromax IN Note 2 has launched in India with AMOLED display and MediaTek Helio G95 chipset. It is the successor of last year’s IN Note 1 and hence comes with an upgraded specification including Helio G95 which is an upgrade over Helio G85 used in its predecessor.

The device features a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display panel with 1080*2400-pixel resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, and a standard 60 Hz refresh rate. Micromax IN Note 2 is powered by a MediaTek Helio G95 octa-core chipset and includes a liquid cooling chamber. It comes in 4GB LPDDR4x RAM and 64GB UFS 2.1 internal storage.
The display includes a 16 MP selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture placed inside a center punch hole cut-out. On the rear side is the quad-camera setup in a vertical camera module. There is a 48 MP main sensor with f/1.79 aperture, a 5 MP ultra-wide lens with f/2.2 aperture, a 2 MP macro lens with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2 MP depth camera with f/2.4 aperture.
The device comes running Android 11 out of the box with near to stock Android OS and a 5000 mAh battery with a 30W wired fast charging. There is a side-mounted fingerprint scanner inside the power button for added security and protection. As per the company, the device will be charged 50% in 25 minutes with the 30W fast charging.
Micromax IN Note 2 comes in two color variants i.e., Oak and Black, and is launched at a competitive price of Rs 12,490. With this price range, it is directly competing with the likes of Realme 9i, Redmi 10 Prime, and moto G31.
