WhatsApp web gets a new built-in sticker maker that will convert any image into a sticker. These stickers will then be sent to anyone just like the normal stickers.
All users have received this feature. To use this feature open WhatsApp web on your browser, tap on the chat to whom you want to send the sticker then click on the attachment icon (paper clip icon), choose a sticker from the list then select any image from the computer you want to send as a sticker. Once you will select the image, WhatsApp will convert the selected image into a sticker and you can send it by hitting the enter key. Moreover, this new feature will also be available for the WhatsApp desktop application in the next week.
Once a user uploads the image on the web version of the messaging app using the sticker option, they can then edit some of the elements based on their liking. The website will draw an outline on the image, users can also cut the background of the images as well as can crop the images. Additionally, to make the stickers look good and attractive there are certain options that users can use. They can add emojis, text, and additional WhatsApp stickers to the image they want to convert into stickers.
Previously, to convert your images into stickers, users have to use the third-party app as this is not the new thing. There are many third-party apps on both the play store and app store that can convert any image into stickers.
The addition of this feature into the WhatsApp web is surely a welcome move as from now on users don’t have to rely on third-party apps. They can convert any images into stickers by using the built-in features of the app.
