WhatsApp is working on yet another interesting feature that will make its voice message feature interesting to use. This feature will be available for both iOS and Androids users and is in development as of now.

The popular WABetaInfo spotted that the Facebook-owned messaging platform is working on a feature that will let users pause voice messages while recording and then continue from where they left without recording a new message.

The feature is in early-stage development so it’s not available to anyone even to beta users.

A demo video shared by Wabetainfo shows that a voice message on WhatsApp now has three options. These three options are “Delete”, “Pause” and “Send” and these will appear when the user is recording a message.

If users want to pause the recording then they can tap on the “Red” icon at the center to pause the voice recording. To continue further they again need to tap on the “Red” icon and once they complete the recording they need to tap the send icon.

The most popular instant messaging app is on a roll these days as over the past few months they have added a plethora of new features. All these new features are most demanded in some ways or these can make the app user experience more efficient and joyful.

Recently they have added a backup end-to-end encryption feature for iOS users. This feature will soon be rolled out to all android users as well.
