A renowned tipster from Weibo shared details of the upcoming Xiaomi flagship – Redmi K50 Pro+. The details include display style, chipset, and rear camera module.

Xiaomi Redmi K50 Pro+ in Works
While we’re still waiting for the standard Redmi K-series flagship, we now have news tipping about a Pro+ variant of the same. As per a renowned tipster going by the username Panda is bald on Weibo, Xiaomi is working on a Redmi K50 Pro+.
This Pro+ variant is a pure flagship, with touted specifications of unannounced Snapdragon 898 SoC, 108MP rear camera, curved display with under-display fingerprint sensor, and fast charging. While these were tipped by the leaker, we expect it to come with other regular flagship features like fast charging, excellent front camera, etc.
Mimicking the K40 series, Xiaomi may make no changes to the front camera, and have it placed at the top center of the display. And we shall have the rear main sensor, called to be 108MP, coupled with a periscope shooter.
And since it’s coming with a Snapdragon 898, which is unreleased yet, we can expect the phone to come sometime early next year. This is as per Qualcomm’s timeline, which announces new chips every year in the second half. And flagship phones sporting the new chip will come early next year.
