OnePlus appears to be expanding its affordable smartphone lineup in India with the upcoming OnePlus N6x. After launching the OnePlus N6 as its most budget-friendly smartphone of 2026, the company has now started teasing the arrival of a new N-series device on Amazon India. While the official launch date is yet to be announced, the official teaser confirms that the OnePlus N6x will debut in the country soon.
According to well-known tipster Yogesh Brar, the OnePlus N6x will be the next smartphone in the N6 lineup. The tipster also revealed that the handset will feature “familiar specs,” hinting that it could be based on an existing device with only minor changes.
The OnePlus N6 currently starts at Rs 22,999, making it the company’s most affordable smartphone in India. It sits below the Nord series, including the Nord CE 6 Lite, which recently received a price hike to Rs 25,999. This positioning suggests that the upcoming OnePlus N6x could be priced below Rs 20,000, targeting buyers looking for a feature-packed budget smartphone.
For reference, the OnePlus N6 shares several specifications with the Realme P4R, including a massive 8,000mAh battery, 45W fast charging, and an HD+ LCD display. The key difference lies in the processor, with the N6 powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Apex, while the Realme P4R uses the Dimensity 6300 chipset.
At this stage, the complete specifications of the OnePlus N6x remain under wraps. However, with Amazon India already hosting a teaser page, more official details, including the phone’s design, features, and launch timeline are expected to be revealed in the coming days.
