Vivo X300e Key Specifications Leak: Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, 7,100mAh Battery, and ZEISS Cameras Tipped

Vivo has already released a bunch of devices under its 2026 flagship line-up, the Vivo X300 Series, and now the brand is preparing for another smartphone under the same line-up, the Vivo X300e. Earlier this year, the device was spotted in the GSMA IMEI database, and now reliable tipster Digital Chat Station has shared most of its expected hardware details on Weibo.

According to the leak, the Vivo X300e will feature a 6.59-inch flat OLED display, offering a premium viewing experience while maintaining a sleek design. The device will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, promising flagship-level performance for gaming, multitasking, and AI-powered features.

On the camera front, the X300e is tipped to sport a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP periscope telephoto camera, and an 8MP ultrawide lens. For selfies and video calls, the device is expected to feature a 50MP front-facing camera. As with other premium Vivo smartphones, the entire camera system will benefit from ZEISS optics and flagship imaging tuning for improved photography.

Battery life could be one of the biggest highlights of the device. The leak suggests the X300e will pack a massive 7,100mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging. Despite the large battery, the handset is expected to remain slim at under 8.0mm thick and weigh approximately 203 grams.

In terms of design, the leak indicates the phone will feature a square-shaped camera module positioned in the upper-left corner of the rear panel, moving away from the circular camera island seen on some previous Vivo models.
