The early listing suggests that the device could debut as early as May, significantly ahead of Xiaomi’s usual September launch timeline for the T-series.
The Geekbench database reveals a Xiaomi device with the model number 2602DPT53G, likely to be the upcoming Xiaomi 17T. According to the listing, the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 chipset. This processor is expected to deliver solid mid-to-high-end performance, making the 17T a competitive offering in its segment.The device is also shown running Android 16 and 12GB of RAM.
Benchmark scores from Geekbench AI tests provide a glimpse into its capabilities. The Xiaomi 17T scored 1,017 points in single precision, 1,329 in half precision, and achieved a quantized score of 1,124. In terms of hardware, the Xiaomi 17T is rumored to feature a 6,500mAh battery with 67W wired charging.
The Xiaomi 17T is tipped to feature a 1.5K flat OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, which should deliver smooth scrolling, fluid animations, and an immersive viewing experience. On the photography front, the Xiaomi 17T could feature a triple-camera setup co-engineered with Leica.
