REDMI has officially announced the release of its most powerful smartphone, the REDMI K90 Max, which will debut in China on April 21. REDMI has also confirmed that the device will have an ultra-large 8550mAh battery. This large battery is equipped with 100W fast charging and 22.5W reverse wired charging.
The REDMI K90 Max is designed for hardcore gamers, pushing boundaries in both performance and thermal management. At its core, the smartphone is powered by the latest Dimensity 9500 chipset. One of the standout features is its active cooling system, which is a first for any Xiaomi smartphone. The device includes an 18.1mm cooling fan with a 1.3x larger air intake, ensuring efficient heat dissipation even during extended gaming sessions.
Impressively, despite the inclusion of moving components, REDMI has confirmed that the device supports IP66/IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance. Redmi K90 Ultra will also feature a 1.5k resolution LTPS ultra refresh rate display, potentially a 165Hz display. The device will have dual 50MP cameras on the rear, which is sufficient for everyday photography.
