Full Specifications
Protected by Diamond Shield glass, the device boasts a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED quad-curved display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a maximum brightness of 1600 nits. Thanks to its vibrant colors and deep blacks, the AMOLED panel is great for people who like to game, watch shows, or just use their phones normally. The use of quad-curve edges on the phone adds to its luxurious style and matches the latest trends popular in other leading handsets.
Vivo guarantees three years of significant OS updates and four years of security patches for this device. The device weighs only 193g and is 7.45mm thick. Overall, the ergonomics of the device is very well maintained.
Vivo T4 Ultra is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 9300+ chipset.. Additionally, it has the flagship Immortalis-G720 MC12 GPU, which improves graphics and gaming performance. Dimensity 9300+ was MediaTek’s 2023 flagship chip offering flagship performance and power efficiency thanks to TSMC’s advanced 4nm fabrication process. Completing the entire performance trinity, combined with UFS 3.1 storage and LPDDR5X RAM, it will ensure seamless multitasking and performance.

Photography should be the strong point of the Vivo T4 Ultra. There will be a triple camera on the back, and the main camera is the Sony IMX921, famous for giving excellent dynamic range and clear photos in dark conditions. Another camera feature in the lineup is an 8MP ultra-wide, while a high-quality 50MP periscope camera is also available here, allowing zoom up to 100x — this is normally only found on high-end flagship phones. Its special features put the T4 Ultra clearly in the category of a camera phone, aimed at mobile photographers and content creators. There is a 32 MP front camera with a punch-hole cutout for taking selfies.
However, among recent big battery trends, the Vivo T4 Ultra falls a little bit short, featuring a 5500mAh battery paired with 90W wired fast charging. It still only supports USB 2.0 speeds even though it has a USB Type-C port. Dual stereo speakers, an infrared blaster, IP64 dust and water resistance, WiFi 7 compatibility, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, LDAC audio codec, and an X-axis linear motor for fine-tuning haptic feedback are some of the other noteworthy features.
