Vivo is gearing up for the grand Indian launch of its most anticipated X300 series on December 2, 2025. The devices have already been launched in the Chinese and Global Markets earlier. The series includes the X300 and X300 Pro, both powered by MediaTek’s cutting-edge Dimensity 9500 chipset and running OriginOS 6, which is based on Android 16.

Vivo’s X-series has always been renowned for its exceptional photography. With the X300 lineup, the brand appears to be taking its imaging capabilities to the next level. Both the vivo X300 and X300 Pro are equipped with ZEISS optics, custom V3+ and VS1 imaging chips, and dedicated ZEISS camera modes designed to elevate color accuracy, dynamic range, and bokeh effects. The official teaser has also confirmed that the Vivo X300 Series will also have support for the Zeiss 2.35x teleconverter kit as well.
Speaking of Zeiss, the major highlight is the camera system. The standard X300 features a 200MP primary camera with OIS, accompanied by a 50MP ultra-wide and a 50MP periscope sensor offering 3X optical zoom. On the front, users get a 50MP ISOCELL JN1 selfie camera with autofocus and a 92-degree wide field of view.
The X300 Pro, on the other hand, raises the bar further with a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor, a 200MP Zeiss APO telephoto lens with 3.7X optical zoom, and a 50MP ultra-wide lens, making it the most powerful photography device to be launched in the country.
Both phones feature a flat LTPO OLED display with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rates. The X300 sports a 6.31-inch panel, while the X300 Pro gets a larger 6.78-inch screen. Both models run on the powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9500, a 3nm chip built on TSMC’s N3P process paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage.
Battery life is equally impressive; the X300 packs a 6,040mAh capacity, and the Pro version offers a 6,510mAh battery, both supporting 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.
