Primary SIM card: Mobile data is disabled and Enable 4G is enabled.
Secondary SIM card: Dual SIM 4G is enabled, Internet access during calls is disabled, and the secondary SIM card has never accessed the Internet.

Case:

When 4G is enabled, a small amount of data is consumed when your phone:

Powers on or off
Switches between 3G and 4G networks
Enters or exits Airplane mode
Your carrier will charge you for this data, but it will not be listed in Phone Manager.

Case:

Your secondary SIM card may consume mobile data in the following scenarios:

An MMS message is received and the data service is temporarily transferred to the secondary SIM card.

A call is made using the secondary SIM card when Internet access during calls is enabled, on phones with the Dual SIM 4G feature enabled (supported only on phones with the Kirin 970 chip or later).

The phone is powered on or off, the phone switches between 3G and 4G networks, or Airplane mode is enabled or disabled, on phones with the Dual SIM 4G feature enabled (supported only on phones with the Kirin 970 chip or later).
