OPPO has officially unveiled its most anticipated flagship smartphone, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra, in China. The Find X9 Ultra is the most powerful smartphone packed with cutting-edge hardware and technologies that Oppo has ever produced. The device is priced at ¥7,499 (approx. ₹1,02,836 / $1099 / €935) in China, rivaling the likes of Xiaomi 17 Ultra, Vivo X300 Ultra, and iPhone 17 Pro Max.
Full Details
At the front, the Find X9 Ultra features a massive 6.82-inch 2K AMOLED LTPO flat display, built using BOE’s X3 panel. It supports a 144Hz refresh rate and peaks at 1800 nits brightness. The display is also protected by Oppo’s Crystal Shield Glass. Unlike its siblings, the Find X9 Ultra is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and ultra-fast UFS 4.1 storage, delivering flagship-level performance for gaming, multitasking, and AI-driven features. The smartphone runs on Android 16 with ColorOS 16 on top.

However, the highlight of the Oppo Find X9 Ultra is undoubtedly its advanced camera system. It boasts a quad-camera setup, where the star of the show is the 200MP Sony LYT-901 primary sensor with 2-axis OIS. Supporting this are a 50MP ultra-wide lens, a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL JNL 10x telephoto camera, and a 200MP Omnivision OV52A 3x telephoto sensor, along with a 3.2MP multispectral sensor for enhanced color accuracy. For selfies, the phone packs a 50MP front camera with auto focus.

The smartphone has a large 7050mAh battery, which supports 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. Despite the big battery, the phone maintains a relatively slim profile, measuring 8.65mm to 9.10mm in thickness and weighing 236 grams. The device is sold in three colour options: Polar Glaciers, Rongsha Canyon, and Tundra.
Other peripheral features include a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance, dual stereo speakers, and support for Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, and an IR blaster. The device also includes an X-axis linear motor for improved haptic feedback.
Overall, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra represents the peak for a flagship smartphone launched in 2026. The device is expected to be launched in India next month.
