Xiaomi’s popular mid-range lineup, the Redmi Note 15 series, is leaked for India in January 2025, according to X tipster @heyitsyogesh. The series, which debuted in China in August, will reportedly come with a few notable changes tailored for the Indian market.
The Chinese variant of Redmi Note 15 Pro+ features a 6.83-inch micro quad curved OLED display with Xiaomi’s Dragon Crystal glass for durability. Whereas the Note 15 Pro comes with the same 6.83-inch display but with a flat panel. Under the hood, the Redmi Note 15 Pro+ is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, which is a slight upgrade over its predecessor. And the Note 15 Pro comes with a Mediatek Dimensity 7400 chipset.
As for the imaging, the Note 15 Pro Plus has a triple camera setup with a 50MP telephoto lens, whereas the Pro has a dual 50MP main and 8MP ultrawide camera.
Pricing
There is currently no official word on the pricing of the new Note 15 Series, but it is expected that the pricing will be similar to the previous generation Note 14 Series device. The launch teasers are expected to start in late December.
