Vivo Confirms India Launch of Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE

Vivo has officially teased the launch of Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE in India, marking a significant milestone for Vivo. While the company hasn’t announced an exact launch date, previous leaks suggest that the device could launch on May 7. This launch is important as it introduces Vivo’s “Ultra” lineup to India for the first time, alongside a feature-packed compact flagship.

The Vivo X300 Ultra stands out as one of the most camera-focused smartphones of 2026. It features a powerful triple camera setup, including a 200MP primary sensor and a 200MP periscope telephoto lens with 3.7x optical zoom and up to 100x digital zoom. The device also has a teleconverter support enabling up to 17.4x optical zoom. The other camera lenses include a 50MP high-quality ultra-wide lens and a 50MP front camera.

Other than imaging, the X300 Ultra offers flagship-grade specifications: a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, the cutting-edge Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, and a massive 7,000mAh battery with 100W wired and 40W wireless charging. The device follows a similar design language as its siblings, with a circular camera module and sleek flat edges.

Meanwhile, the Vivo X300 FE targets users seeking flagship performance in a compact form. It sports a 6.31-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. It also features a triple camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor, 50MP telephoto lens, and 8MP ultra-wide lens with Zeiss optics. Surprisingly, this device also features a teleconverter, which could be the first in its segment.

Vivo X300 FE features a 6,500mAh battery and 90W fast charging. The device will be launched in multiple colours, including an India-exclusive green variant.
