Vivo has officially launched its much-anticipated flagship smartphone, the Vivo X300 Ultra, in China, bringing top-tier hardware and an advanced camera system. The Vivo X300 Ultra features a 6.82-inch 2K BOE Q10+ 8T LTPO flat display with a 144Hz refresh rate, delivering extremely smooth scrolling and gaming performance. The display supports 1800 nits High Brightness Mode (HBM) and 2160Hz PWM dimming. Just like every Vivo Ultra device, the X300 Ultra is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, paired with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, delivering exceptional performance for multitasking, gaming, and AI workloads. The smartphone runs Android 16 with OriginOS 16 on top.

The biggest highlights of the Vivo X300 Ultra are its advanced camera system. The phone features a 200MP Sony LYTIA LYT-901 1/1.12 inch primary sensor with optical image stabilization and a CIPA 6.5 rating.
