The vivo X300 Ultra was recently spotted in the GSMA IMEI database with the model number V2562, a code pattern that hints at global compatibility. Historically, Vivo’s international and China-only devices have had distinct model numbers. The emergence of this new identifier strongly suggests that vivo is preparing to introduce the X300 Ultra in the overseas markets, which will position the company as a direct rival to Samsung, Xiaomi, and Apple in the ultra-premium smartphone arena.

What truly sets the X300 Ultra apart is its rumored dual 200MP rear camera setup. Leaks indicate that both the main lens and periscope telephoto lenses will use 200MP sensors. The primary camera reportedly employs a large 1/1.1-inch Sony sensor with a 35mm-equivalent focal length, promising exceptional clarity and depth. The periscope telephoto camera, with its 85mm equivalent focal length, is also expected to feature a 200MP sensor. Complementing these are a 50MP ultrawide camera and a 50MP front-facing camera with autofocus, ensuring flagship-grade image quality across all scenarios.

Unlike its siblings, the vivo X300 Ultra is expected to run on the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, delivering cutting-edge performance and energy efficiency. The device will launch with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
