Vivo has officially launched its next-generation flagship lineup, the vivo X300 series, in China. The series includes two models, the vivo X300 Pro and the vivo X300, both powered by MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9500 SoC. The smartphones bring major improvements in performance, camera capabilities, and display quality, along with refined designs and faster charging support.
vivo X300 Pro

The vivo X300 Pro is the most high-end model, featuring a powerful Zeiss-engineered triple camera setup. It features a 50MP Sony LYT-828 primary sensor (1/1.28-inch) with an f/1.57 aperture and gimbal-level OIS for exceptional stability and low-light photography. The secondary lenses include a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide camera and a new 200MP Samsung HPB telephoto sensor (1/1.4-inch) that promises to deliver stunning zoom and portrait performance. For selfies, vivo has used a 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor.
At the core, the X300 Pro runs on the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, making it the first phone to be launched with this chip. The Dimensity 9500 chip is also paired with vivo’s self-developed V3+ imaging chip for enhanced computational photography.
The device packs a massive 6,510mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless fast charging. It also has a 6.78-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and Dolby Vision support. The display resolution stands at 1260 x 2800 pixels, offering vivid and sharp visuals.
Other highlights include dual stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 6.0, USB-C 3.2 Gen 1, and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor. The phone runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
X300 Pro also has an IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance rating, ensuring premium durability. It weighs 226g, measures 7.99mm thick, and comes in Black, Brown, Blue, and White color options.
vivo X300

The vivo X300 shares many of the Pro’s core features but in a more compact and lightweight design. It offers a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1216 x 2640 pixels resolution, maintaining flagship-level visual clarity.
It has the same Dimensity 9500 chipset, coupled with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. The phone houses a 6,040mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging, making it both compact and long-lasting.
Camera capabilities remain impressive, featuring a 200MP Samsung HPB main sensor, a 50MP Sony LYT-602 APO telephoto lens, and a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide camera. The front also features a 50MP JN1 sensor.
The device weighs just 190g and, measuring only 7.95mm thick, the X300 maintains an IP68/IP69 rating. It is available in Black, Blue, Pink, and Purple options
Pricing
The vivo X300 Pro is priced at CNY 5,299 ($745,₹66k) for the 12GB+256GB variant and CNY 5,999 ($845, ₹75k) for the 16GB+512GB option. Meanwhile, the 16GB+1TB model will cost CNY 6,699 ($945,₹83k).
Whereas, the base X300 starts at CNY 4,399 ($620,₹55k) for the 12GB+256GB option and goes up to 16GB+1TB, which is CNY 5,999 ($845,₹75k).
