Oppo’s upcoming Find X9 Ultra has been in the news for a while now, especially after the good market response from its younger sibling Find X9 Series smartphones. Now the real life images of the device have surfaced, highlighting its ambitious photography hardware. While Oppo has not officially confirmed the device yet, rumors suggest a launch timeline around March.
According to images shared by a Weibo tipster, the alleged Oppo Find X9 Ultra is shown paired with a teleconverter kit, similar to its sibling Find X9 Pro. The kit reportedly includes a dedicated protective case, a camera-style grip, and an external telephoto extender, transforming the smartphone into a more DSLR-like shooting tool. The most amazing part is the 300mm external telephoto converter lens, which could set a new benchmark in mobile photography.
The leaked images also reveal design details of the handset itself. The Find X9 Ultra appears to feature a flat display, which was also seen on the previous generation Find X8 Ultra. On the right side of the phone, multiple physical buttons are visible, suggesting added camera controls, potentially for zoom, shutter, or quick capture features appreciated by photography enthusiasts.
Well-known tipster Digital Chat Station has further confirmed that these images are true, and the external teleconverter will indeed offer a 300mm focal length, reportedly the highest focal reach currently seen in the smartphone industry.
As per earlier leaks, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra is expected to feature dual telephoto cameras, a 200MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and a 50MP telephoto lens with 10x optical zoom. This setup, combined with the external teleconverter, could give users unprecedented zoom flexibility.
