Vivo has officially announced that its most anticipated flagship device, the Vivo X300 Ultra, will be unveiled in China on March 30, 2026. The launch event will also introduce the Vivo X300s smartphone and the Vivo Pad 6 Pro tablet.
The Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to be the most powerful device in the X300 series, focusing heavily on camera performance and flagship-level hardware. The brand has already teased that the phone will feature a dual 200-megapixel camera system, including a high-resolution main sensor and a periscope telephoto lens designed for advanced zoom photography.

For ultra-wide photography, Vivo is again going all out, equipping the X300 Ultra with a 50MP ultra-large sensor sized at 1/1.28 inches. This will help the sensor to capture improved dynamic range, sharper details, and reduced distortion for landscape and architectural shots.
In addition to its camera capabilities, the smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and storage options reaching 1TB. The device could include a large battery of around 6600mAh with 100W fast wired and 50W wireless charging technology.
Meanwhile, the X300s features a rear camera design closer to the standard X300, but with a redesigned camera ring. The sensor specifications, however, remain largely unchanged from the base model.
