The POCO F4 5G goes official globally with a 120 Hz display and Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC. POCO has been teasing the device for some time before launching it on the global market. It is a rebranded version of the recently launched Redmi K40s and is the true successor of POCO F1.
POCO F4 5G Specifications:
As mentioned, it is a rebranded version of The Redmi K40s that launched in China recently. It has a rectangular camera module on the rear side with a circular camera island that houses a triple camera setup. Outside the circular camera island is the LED flashlight. It has flat edges and comes with Nebula Green and Night Black colors.
On the front side is a 6.67-inch Samsung E4 display panel with a 120 Hz fast refresh rate, and 360 Hz touch sampling rate, and this display can reach up to 1300 nits of peak brightness. There is a 20 MP selfie shooter with f/2.4 aperture on the top of the display in a punch-hole cutout. It also supports HDR10+, and Dolby vision Atoms, and is protected by Gorilla Glass 5. Under the hood, is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset coupled with up to 12GB of LPRRD5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
On the rear side is a triple camera system that includes a 64MP main camera with f/1.8 aperture which supports optical image stabilization, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro camera. The camera system provides features such as Dual-view video, portrait mode, Panorama Selfie, slow motion video, movie filters, and much more.
The POCO F4 5G is equipped with a 4500 mAh battery which supports 67W wired Turbo fast charging. The 67W fast charger included in the box can top up the device from O to 100% in just 38 minutes.
The device runs on MIUI 13 based on Android 12 out of the box and comes with 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth v5.2, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, USB Type C, and all the sensors.
