For connecting it to a Galaxy Device:

Make sure that the galaxy buds are in the case and charged enough to be operated.

Take the case and put it near your S10 and open it. Galaxy buds pair automatically with the Galaxy S10 or other new Galaxy devices when the case is opened near the phone.

After taking a few moments, your phone will display the galaxy buds screen, which will request your permission to pair them with your phone. You can either tap on connect or dismiss according to your wish.

To connect Galaxy buds with a Galaxy device is very simple. But what happens when we want to connect it to a device which is not Galaxy, such as maybe your computer or smartphone. Samsung has no instructions laid out for this on their site, but it is not a hard task to do. Here are the steps:

For Windows Computer:

Firstly, disconnect your Galaxy buds from any other device they are connected to. You don’t need to unpair them, just simply disconnect them.

Open the Galaxy buds case, which will set them to go into the pairing mode automatically.

Now, search for Bluetooth on your windows computer.

Then go to Bluetooth and other devices.

After that, check if the Bluetooth of your computer is on or not. If not, switch it on. After switching it on, click on add Bluetooth or other devices.

Click on it. Then select Bluetooth. You will get a list of active Bluetooth devices nearby. You should see the Galaxy buds there too. Click on them and select to pair. After this, just wait for a few seconds for the windows to give you the notification that the Galaxy buds are paired and ready to use.

For Non-Galaxy Android Phones:

Like previously, make sure your Galaxy buds are not connected to any other device.

Then open the Galaxy buds case to get them to pairing mode.

On your android device, pull down the notification shade and you will be able to see the Bluetooth icon there. Tap and hold it till the time you are directed to the Bluetooth settings.

There, click on ‘Pair new device’.

You will then get a list of active Bluetooth devices nearby. Select the Galaxy buds. Once selected, they should be ready to use.

For iPhone:

Again, make sure that your Galaxy buds are not connected to any other device.

Open the Galaxy buds case so that they can go into pairing mode.

Open Settings on your iPhone.

Tap on the Bluetooth option.

Then, tap on add device.

You should be able to see Galaxy buds there for pairing options. Tap on it and your iPhone will be connected with the Galaxy buds.
