If you want to use an image from the gallery to set as wallpaper:
On your Home Screen touch and hold a blank area

Now pick the picture that you want to set as your wallpaper

If you are prompted – review the info; then tap Apply to make the changes.
You now have the image of your choice set as the wallpaper on your S10.
If you want to use a wallpaper from the existing list of wallpapers provided by Samsung:
