Use the device in safe mode
Most of the time, it is the faulty and malicious applications which are causing the problem for our phone. So try running your device in safe mode. When you use your phone in safe mode, all the third-party applications stop working. So if your device doesn’t face any issues after going into safe mode, understand that it is your applications which are causing troubles.
Factory reset your phone

Every device has different dial codes, so you can probably contact the customer support and get the codes for your device or just Google it.
Knock the screen – If you dropped your phone too hard on a rigid surface, it can loosen the digitizer cable, which may result in a bad touch response. So for fixing this, you can gently knock on each corner of your Android device a few times and see if that is working for you or not. Many people have tried this and it has worked for them in the past.
If water has entered – If your device has water inside of it, then what should you do? If water has entered in your device, then it can be fixed. You can keep it enclosed in a pile of raw rice grains. It sucks the water out of the system and also dries it up. But if too much water entered inside your device, then it probably won’t fix on its own. You can contact the customer support for getting your device repaired or go to a local store where your mobile can be repaired.
