How to skillfully Reset the Apple Watch from your iPhone?
Follow these steps to reset your Apple watch with the use of your iPhone:
Press the Home button on your iPhone
Tap on the Apple Watch app on the Home Screen
Tap on My Watch as the watch app opens
Tap on the General option on your My Watch screen
Tap Reset on the General Screen
Tap Erase All Contents and Settings when you see the Reset option on the screen
You will come across a dialogue box giving you a disclaimer related to the change of settings and data being deleted once you proceed. Press tap on Erase all contents and settings
There will be a second warning in the dialogue box. Tap on Erase All Contents and Settings yet again.
Now Apple Watch app will clear all the data and reset the settings.
This is followed by the Apple Watch restarting and a welcome screen appearing on the watch
Now it’s time to pair the watch with your iPhone. To do this, tap Start Pairing and enjoy service. If the pairing doesn’t happen automatically, you will have to do the same manually.
How to Restore Apple Watch from the use of Backup?
Once your iPhone is paired with your Apple Watch, you can easily store all the data by tapping on the requisite backup option.
Log in to your Apple account on the iPhone and conduct a two-setup verification
Tap on Restore from Backup once you are done with pairing the watch with the phone
Tap on the Backup you wish to use
Tap on Agree when you see the Terms and Conditions screen
Again this dialog box with terms and conditions will appear, and you need to agree again
Enter your password when you see the Apple Id on the phone
Two-step verification is necessary for the completion of this process and security
Tap on the right device verifying with the list you can see
Tap send, and you will see the sending screen
You will now be asked to enter the 4 digit verification code for verifying your Apple account
Tap Ok followed by the Code on Enter Code section
You will see a location services screen that briefs about the functions of the Location services whether enabled and how you can disable and enable it. Then Tap OK
Now you will come across the Siri Screen with Siri explaining its functions. Tap OK
This is followed by the Diagnostic screen, which explains itself as well. Tap Ok and continue.
You will come across the Passcode screen for your Apple Watch. Create a password or passcode tap yes to confirm the change
When unlocking the Apple Watch using the iPhone, you will be asked whether you decide to take this step or not. Tap yes, and you will find the Apple Watch is actually syncing the screen and information
Tap on Home to complete and exit this setup procedure. Upon completing the sync step, you can use your watch like before.
